Large outbuildings placed on HOLD
A single architectural variance was granted to a large outbuilding in the community. Please note that in the Declaration for the HOA, a single variance is NOT a uniform rule for all similar requests made in the future.
At the Board's direction, no further large outbuildings will be approved during the development period of the HOA. Please table your request until the HOA is turned over to resident control, which will be after the development period ends.

2025 Virtual Annual Meeting
The Sterling Meadows HOA will hold its 2025 Annual Meeting on Wednesday - April, 30th, 2025, via Zoom Webinar. Members must Pre-Register using this link, by no later than April 30th at 12pm . Members not registered will not be able to enter the meeting. Only one household member may register for the meeting. Members who join via call only, will not be able to vote in the election. The notice of meeting packet is available to view or download here.

NEW HOA WEBSITE
This is the new website for the Sterling Meadow HOA. This website will be where all official announcements such as Board meetings, annual meetings, and other news and information about the HOA is posted.
Governing documents are available from the link above; the contacts page tells you how to get in touch with the HOA, and if you wish to submit an ACC request, the forms can be obtained at the links to the left.
Owners may get a personal login by contacting our office. HOA financials, account information, and more are available to owners only through their personal logins.
